KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday said that no action can be taken against a person just because he did something that the Governor did not like. It also said that the Governor can withdraw his pleasure only if there is a violation of the law. The court was hearing a petition filed by 15 members against the Governor's decision to sack them from the Senate. "Although there is nothing wrong with interrogating individuals, care must be taken not to violate the law. Governor's favour is legal and official. It is not personal. The court will examine these matters," the court said.
