‘Varisu’ is Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film after ‘Beast’. The audience have much expectations on the film. Now the makers have released the first song promo of the film. The song ‘Ranjithame’ is sang by actor Vijay himself. Lyrics by Vivek and Thaman S is the music director. The full song will be released on November 5. ‘Varisu’ is Vijay’s 66th film and is set to hit the theatres on Pongal.

‘Varisu’ is a film directed by 2019 National Award winner Vamshi Paidipally. This film is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. The film is also the first Tamil film produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. Rashmika Mandana, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Shyam, Yogi Babu, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Khushbu and Sangeetha Krishna are among the cast. The film is written by Vamshi Paidipally, Ahishor Solomon and Hari.
