THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Greeshma, accused in Sharon Raj murder case was sent to police custody after severe arguments by the two teams. When the prosecution demanded her in custody for seven days, the defense opposed strongly. The other accused were demanded only for five days, the court asked. The prosecution argued that Greeshma was the main accused. The court accepted the claim that she has to be taken to many places in Tamil Nadu to collect evidence as both had visited there. The court directed to ensure medical assistance for Greeshma.

Th defense argued by pointing the lapse from the side of the Parassala police. The lawyer who appeared for Greeshma said the FIR that she poisoned him to death is not with the police. There was no conspiracy. An attempt is made to create evidence that does not exist. No one knows what happened inside the room. The defense asked who knows whether Sharon was the one who brought the poison. The defense also raised the argument that Sharon's death statement does not mention anything about Greeshma. It was Sharon who turned Greeshma into a criminal. Sharon had Greeshma's personal pictures. That should also be investigated. The defense lawyer said that we should also think from Greeshma's side. Greeshma's lawyer also argued the fact that she is the only daughter of her parents.
