THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As the accused Santhosh, who assaulted a female doctor in a museum, has been found to have involvement in serious crimes, including trying to rape a female student, the police will go for a detailed investigation against him. The investigation is based on Santhosh's night trips in the last year and complaints about violence against women in the city. Santhosh's phone will be checked to know the location.

Over the past year, many similar complaints have been received at police stations in the city similar to the assault on a girl after breaking into her home in Kuravankonam. Santhosh's phone location will be checked to confirm his location at the time of these incidents. Complaints received mainly from Museum, Peroorkada and Cantonment area are being re-examined. A detailed statement will be taken from the complainant if it is found that Santhosh was present at these places.

Meanwhile, in the case of assaulting a female doctor, the museum police will take Santhosh into custody today and collect evidence. The court will consider the plea seeking custody for five days on Saturday. After that, the Peroorkada police will take him into custody to collect evidence in the case of trying to molest a female student.
