THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Key details regarding the sexual abuse of a woman by a police officer on the pretext of a marriage promise have come out following his arrest. Sabu Panicker, a native of Kachani and senior civil police officer in Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance, was arrested.
