THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Andhra Pradesh has fooled Kerala, which believed that the former will supply chilly at a lower price. It is informed that Andhra Pradesh will supply chilly at Rs.348 per kilo while the whole sale price in Kerala is only Rs.305 per kilo.

Andhra Pradesh is arguing that their chilly is of high quality. The price of chilly reached Rs.350 last month in Kerala.
