KOZHIKODE: Minister Mohammed Riyas said that due to the Hindutva appeasement of the Congress, the workers will leave the party. He said that those who are dissatisfied with the soft Hindutva approach of the Congress will come to the Left. The Minister said that apart from the Congress, there are also people who are dissatisfied with this stance in the League.

"In Kerala, UDF is working as B team of BJP. The secular minded within the Congress are not happy. Many Congress leaders in the state have gone the way of the BJP. It is natural for many people who are dissatisfied with this to approach left-wing politics in the future.", he said.

At the same time, the KPCC political affairs committee held today took a consensus position without rejecting Shashi Tharoor MP. The leaders also pointed out that the party should make use of Tharoor's personality. KPCC president K Sudhakaran's pro-RSS comments were also criticized. The committee stated that this was a casual statement and there was no need to drag Nehru into it. The leaders said that the statement should have been omitted.
