BANGALURU: A twenty-year-old killed his father and cut his body up into thirty-two pieced before dumping it into a bore well. The incident occurred at Bagalkot in Karnataka. The police have arrested the accused, Vithala Kulali. He told the police that he murdered his father because he used to get drunk frequently and insult him.

The police have recovered the body pieces using bulldozer. The incident occurred on December 6. Vithala killed his father Parushram Kulali, 53, by hitting his head with an iron rod.

Vithala is Parushram’s second son. Parushram’s wife and elder son are estranged from him and living elsewhere. He used to get drunk daily and insult Vithala continuously.

On the day of the murder, Vithala lost his temper after hearing his father’s insults and hit his head with an iron rod. He cut his body into pieces and then dumped into the bore-well situated in their field.
