KOZHIKODE: An expatriate died after a coconut fell on his head. He has been identified as Muneer (49) of Atholi Konganoor. The unexpected accident happened when he was all set to return to Saudi Arabia after leave. He was working in Ha’il province in Saudi Arabia.

The coconut fell from the tree which was on the road side when Muneer was coming home in his bike last evening to attend his ill father. Seriously injured Muneer died early this morning while undergoing treatment in the hospital. He will be laid to rest this evening.
