kaushal-kishore

BHARATPUR: Union Minister Kaushal Kishore on Wednesday made remarks against former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru which could spark a major controversy. Speaking at a de-addiction awareness program, the minister said that Nehru used to take drugs and smoke cigarettes.

Kaushal Kishore, who is the Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, also alleged that the son of Mahatma Gandhi also used drugs.

'Jawaharlal Nehru ji used to take drugs, used to smoke cigarettes and a son of Mahatma Gandhi ji used to take drugs. If you read and see then you will know. I request the media to create awareness and fear among the people by informing them about the death and other mental and physical problems caused by drug use,'' said the minister.
