CHENNAI: An accident happened after a rope from a truck entangled around the neck of a youth in Thoothukudi. The youth identified as Muthu escaped miraculously. He suffered minor injuries in the incident. The CCTV visuals of the incident have surfaced.

The accident happened when the youth was crossing the Eral area on his way to the work place. The CCTV visuals show him falling from the bike. The eye witnesses did not understand how the accident happened.

The visuals show a rope from the truck carrying fertilizers entangling around his neck and throwing him off the bike.
