JAIPUR: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday asked his party workers not to compare him to Mahatma Gandhi. He gave two suggestions to Congress workers while addressing them during the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan. He also reminded party workers there was no need to dwell on the good things that Nehru, Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi did for the people.

"It is wrong to compare me to Mahatma Gandhi. He was a noble person and had spent 10 to 12 years in prison for the country. No one can take up that position and there should be no comparison. This is my first suggestion. My second suggestion is a little tough. Rajiv Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru and Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel had done good things for the country. They have done their share However, party workers need not repeat about what they did in every meeting. We should focus on what we will do for the people. We should talk about that," Rahul Gandhi said.
