NEW DELHI: The farmers' organizations are all set to announce the second phase of the strike. The second phase of the strike is to achieve the demands that were not accepted by the government in the first phase of the strike.

A crucial meeting of Samyukta Kisan Morcha will be held in Karnal on Saturday. Farmer organizations from 17 states will participate in the meeting. The protest method decided to be held on January 26 will be announced in the meeting. There is also a plan to hold a Kisan March to Parliament in the next session. Protest programmes will also be announced against the governments in Punjab and Haryana.
