KOCHI: A man was stabbed to death by his friend in an inebriated state in North Paravur. The accused has been arrested. Balachandran, a native of Vaddakekara, was killed. Police arrested his friend Nanthyattukunnam native Muralidharan in the incident.

The incident happened on Sunday evening. The two had an argument while drinking. Muralidharan then stabbed Balachandran. Balachandran's body is kept in the hospital mortuary.
