KOZHIKODE: K Muraleedharan MP has demanded a judicial enquiry into the allegation against LDF convener EP Jayarajan. EP Jayarajan has been accused of financial irregularities in pretext of Ayurveda resort in Kannur.

“The issue cannot be considered an internal problem within the party. The accusations levelled against Jayarajan are related to what happened when he was a minister. He misused his ministerial position for the resort. He has not denied these allegations. It is not the party that should enquire such a serious matter.”, he said. He also mocked that the succession of power has made the party workers arrogant.

Opposition leader VD Satheeshan said that the Chief Minister’s silence in these allegations against EP Jayarajan is shocking.
