JODHPUR: The eight coaches of the Suryanagari Express Train derailed. The officials said the incident happened Monday morning at 3 am. A few people have been hospitalized with injuries.

The train was going to Jodhpur from Bandra Terminus. Senior officials have reached the spot to assess the situation. Although eight coaches were derailed, eleven other coaches were also affected. Arrangements were made for the passengers in these coaches to continue their journey in buses.

Nearly twelve trains have been diverted and two have been cancelled following the derailment of the Suryanagari Express train, the CPRO of North Western Railway said.
