NEW DELHI: A lookout notice will be issued against Shankar Mishra for urinating on a woman in Air India flight from New York to Delhi. He was identified yesterday itself. Mishra the vice-president of the India Chapter of an American multinational financial services company Wells Fargo headquartered in California. A team of the Delhi police is continuing in Mumbai to arrest him.
Police believe that he is in Mumbai itself. A case has been registered after imposing charges including sexual harassment and obscenity following a complaint lodged by the woman. Police said there is a lapse from the side of Air India in forwarding the complaint to the police.
Mishra peed on the woman of Karnataka on November 26. He urinated on the woman in in inebriated condition. The woman said that she had lodged a complaint then itself but they delayed in forwarding it to the police. The police are planning to question the flight employees who were on duty that day. The Air India has given a detailed report to DGCA.
