THRISSUR: Two youths were killed after the bike in which they were travelling collided with a taurus lorry. The accident happened early Tuesday morning at 1.30 at Potta on the national highway in Chalakudy.

Shinoj (24), son of Mathew of Vettukadavu Karukkppilly and Bright (23), son of Jose of Kunnathangadi Alappat are the two killed.

The bike hit the back of the taurus lorry. Both were returning after attending perunnal of a church. The bike has been completely destroyed in the accident. Though the two were immediately rushed to the hospital, their lives could not be saved.
