AMRITSAR: A flight took off hours before schedule leaving behind passengers at the Amritsar airport. The Scoot Airlines flight to Singapore, which was scheduled to take departure at 7:55 last night, instead took off at 3 p.m. This comes after a similar incident in Bengaluru where a Go First flight took off after leaving behind 50 passengers.
The issue is that the airline did not alert customers to the change in departure time. However, the airline claims that they notified the information by email. The airline firm offered rest areas for people who couldn't board the trip after the incident turned controversial. After the flight returned, the passengers were flown to Singapore.
On January 11, around 50 passengers of Go First flight were left behind at Bengaluru airport. After complaints, the passengers were accomodated on another flight after four hours.
