NEW DELHI: A scuffle that took place inside a wedding ceremony later ended in the cold murder of one catering staff in Prasanth Vihar, Delhi. Sandip Singh was the slain victim after the music bands at the ceremony manhandled and thrashed him on his head with a plastic box making the wedding go awry.

The DJ team involved in the ceremony went near the buffet service but was delayed the food due to the shortage of plates. The team demanded the plates be reached fast, and later had a bitter verbal duel with Sandip who was in charge of catering. The fight ensued, with the DJ team banging a box to the head of Sandip who died on spot. Two from the music band were arrested and the search for the others has been made strong, said the police.
