MUMBAI: Many cheers are coming to the luxurious Vande Bharat trains that are roving through the country, but few others with an eye for criticism have decided to find the glitches in service. One incident took place on the Shridi-Mumbai Vande Bharat train where a passenger complained of getting dusty cornflakes as food. The image and tweet have gone viral over the internet. The passenger, Viresh Narkar posted the images on the internet. Narkar was generous enough to appreciate the magnificence of the new train but didn’t shy away from picking up the snags that warranted attention.

The point is that the executive class is placed oddly in the middle of the train which will see the passengers walking through them all the time, snatching away the required privacy even after paying more gives the blue. He also beseeched the authorities to use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning purposes since the floor of the train is carpet which will give only fewer results with traditional sweeping.

Adding to this came his complaint about the food being served on the train. Indian railway responded to the tweet and informed that the complaint and suggestions are successfully registered on the Railmadad website and action will soon take place.
