THRISSUR: Suresh Gopi is few among the myriads of political leaders who really walks the talk. The BJP leader promised the Malakkapara colony natives a fiber boat exactly ten days back. Earlier, on a visit to the colony, the leader witnessed the predicament of the colony natives in crossing the bank. There are no roads available in this part of the village.

Minding this, the leader promised the natives a boat to quell their troubles. Now, the dream for many in the village has reached fruition as a fiber boat that can accommodate five at a time has reached their village. Suresh Gopi who was celebrating his wedding anniversary, gifted the boat mentioning it as a special gift on his special day. The actor first zeroed in on a motor boat but went back in his decision after learning about the waste and plastics clogged in the bank which won't suit a motor service.

Last Wednesday, Suresh Gopi's close confidante and actor Tini Tom gifted the Boat to BJP Koratty president Sajiv. Tini Tom even shared the news by going live on Facebook. Yesterday another function was planned in the Koratty BJP office where both Suresh Gopi and Tini Tom were present.
