NEDUMKANDAM: A man, accused of hitting his wife on the head with an axe in Pampadumpara, has been arrested by Nedumkandam police. The arrested has been identified as Kulathinkal Vijayan (49). His wife Maya (48) was seriously injured and is undergoing treatment at Kottayam Medical College. Last night, he had a fight with his wife after drinking. After the arrest, he was produced in court.
