THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KSRTC has decided to pay the depots before the 5th, which meets the daily revenue target of 8 crores. It will be strict from April. 240 crore per month revenue is targeted by fixing the target for the depots. A report in this regard was prepared in May 2022 and given to the depots. In April 2022, the collection was 165 crores. From there it has been able to make a big jump in the collection. Last month's collection was 224 crores. The management estimates that if 4561 buses are put into service, the collection will be more than 8 crores per day. At present, an average of 4200 buses are operating.

Thiruvananthapuram City Depot has the highest target. 31.32 lakh per day from 174 buses. Second is Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kozhikode. 21.42 lakh each. There are 119 buses in each of these depots. Alappuzha, Attingal, Cherthala, Payyannur, Pappanamcode, Sultan Bathery, Thalassery, Thrissur, Vikas Bhavan, Kannur, Karunagappally, Kottarakkara, Mananthavadi, Neyyatinkara, Pala, Ernakulam, Kasaragod, and Kilimanoor depots should achieve collections between one lakh and two lakhs per day.
