THRISSUR: Three members of a family were found hanging in the district. The dead have been identified as Kuzhupully Parambil Mohanan of Karalam Haripuram, his wife Mini and son Adarsh. The reason for the suicide is not clear. Mohanan and Adarsh were found hanging in the hall and Mini in the bedroom.

Mohanan had a grocery shop adjacent to his house. The shop was found closed in the morning when people came to buy things. In a search conducted, the three were found hanging. On being informed by the locals, the police arrived and broke open the door and got inside.

Adarsh was a student of Karalam VHSE. Daughter of Mohanan is abroad with her husband. The locals said they are not aware of the family having any financial liability.
