KOLLAM: The Thenkasi attack on the women gatekeeper gets a new turn. It is rumored that the unknown face behind the crime has been caught. However, the RPF is not yet ready to make public the details. The arrested one is said to be a Tamil Nadu native who is also a construction worker. To confirm his crime, the culprit needs to be brought near the victim for the identification process. That procedure is on a glacial pace as the women gatekeeper is still not out from the shock inflicted during that drastic attack on her two days back. The police made moves to at least confirm the criminal with a photo identification from the victim, but the doctors ruled out playing any risk. According to the medical team, the victim is running through a precarious condition and if reminded of the ghastly attack may react rather unpredictably.

The man was arrested after other construction workers gave clues about his missing on that particular day.
