NEW DELHI: 63 AICC delegates from Kerala will attend the Congress Plenary Session starting on February 24th in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 47 of them have voting right. Nominated members will have the opportunity to participate in other sessions of the conference. About 15,000 delegates attend the plenary. Leaders who participated in Bharat Jodo Yatra will be special invitees.
