ANTHIKAD: The police here have arrested two students accused of sexually assaulting two girls studying in sixth and eighth standards. The arrested have been identified as Neeraj (18) and Vishnu (19).

Police said the accused took the girls they met on social media to Neeraj's house in Pulambhuzhakkadavu and sexually abused them. The police have arrested the accused on the complaint of the students' parents. Anthikkad SHO PK Das, SI A Habib, ASI Arun, SCPO Murugadas, police officers Sreejith, Abhilash, Joffee, Surjith and OK Ponnambili were in the team that arrested the accused.
