pinarayi-scold-employees

KOLLAM: The government will employ an iron fist attitude to employees who are delaying services to the public, said chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The CM was inaugurating the state revenue day while he took time to warn some working-class eminent in office.

“ Time values and people reaching for essential services need to be treated well. A good share of revenue employees are meeting the standards set by the department but a few others are going varying degrees with their style of work. This won't suit well with the government and the people starts loathing, not you but the government” Pinarayi commented.

As part of the government’s second year of rule, 40000 title deeds were distributed. The CM then asserted the government's dream of land for all and said the government is projecting in that direction. With the latest title deed distribution, the people getting deeds will turn 2.75 lakhs after the LDF came to power in 2016.

The revenue award for best collector was given to Wayanad collector A Geetha. The award for best sub-collector landed on Mananthavady sub-collector R Sreelekshmi. The chief minister distributed these awards.
