THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: It is alleged that Eldhose Kunnappilly MLA has violated the bail conditions in the sexual abuse case. The bail condition for Eldhose, accused in the sexual abuse case, was that he should not leave the state. However, he violated this and attended the plenary meeting of the Congress in Raipur. The complainant will approach the court demanding the cancellation of his bail.

The Thiruvananthapuram additional sessions court granted bail to Eldhose in the case. The bail was granted under strict conditions like he should not leave Kerala without the permission of the court and neither should influence the complainant or witnesses. The high court had rejected the pleas filed by the government and the complainant against the anticipatory bail granted to Eldhose.

A native of Pettah had on September 28 filed a complaint against Eldhose for sexually abusing her. The complaint given to city police commissioner mentioned that he came home drunk and abused her sexually and forcibly took her in the car and abused her again in the vehicle while going to Kovalam.
