The center also asked the authorities to take preliminary measures to shift people near the coast to other safety shelters. The equipment including boats should be moored strong in the harbor rather than keeping it idle on the coast.
Keeping a safe distance between boats can avoid the risk of collision. The safety of fishing vessels and equipment should be ensured. The warning was extended to tourists to avoid a late-night visit to the beach at any cost on Wednesday.
