THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: On the occasion of the second anniversary of the ministry, the cabinet meeting decided to hold a grievance redressal adalat under the leadership of the ministers at the taluk headquarters in April and May. After receiving the complaint in April, the ministers will come to the adalat in May. Adalats for redressal of public grievances at the taluk level will be in the presence of officials of the Collectorate and the concerned taluk and the department concerned with the grievance.
At the district level, the responsibility of the adalat is given to the Ministers in charge of the respective districts. Each district will have three ministers. Ministers who are free will be appointed in districts where there are not many ministers. Administration and organization are the responsibility of District Collectors. Complaints will be accepted on working days from 1st to 10th April. The public can submit complaints online directly, through Akshaya Kendras and Taluk offices. Necessary online arrangements will be made for this.
