BENGALURU: A husband left his wife when their car was struck in the traffic jam. The incident took place in Mahadevapura in Bengaluru on February 16. A man named Vijay George allegedly run away from his wife after he was blackmailed by ex-lover. This happened just the next day after the wedding, while they were returning from church. The police continue the search to find him for two weeks.

Vijay was in a relationship with another woman. He was in love with the wife of the driver of his father's company. She was a mother of two children and was working as a clerk in the same company. When his family came to know about this, Vijay said that he will end the relationship and is ready for another marriage. Before the marriage, Vijay had confessed all these things to his wife. However, Vijay's ex-lover had threatened to release private pictures and videos if he married someone else. He was tensed because of this.

His wife said that on the way back from the church, the car got stuck in traffic jam, during which Vijay opened the car door and ran out. Vijay's wife added that she was shocked by this sudden incident and tried to follow him but could not find him. Vijay's parents and his wife had promised to stand by him, but still he ran away. She told the media that she believes Vijay is safe and will be back soon.
