KOZHIKODE: Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan is shielding the dubious firm Zonta Infratech in the Brahmapuram fire, said BJP state president K Surendran. The BJP leader pointed the alliance for the forensic report which stated the waste plant catching fire on its own.

“ The CM earlier gave a clean chit to Zonta inside the assembly. A german citizen after investment getting duped by the same company is appalling and should be given big consideration. Former CPM MP Vaikom Vishwan's son-in-law’s firm was given major contracts for waste disposal by the current government in major cities, it should be enquired” the BJP leader said.

Zonta is deceiving the public with impunity knowing of the government's support. The major deals for the dubious company in Kozhikode and Ernakulam, are of major concern. Surendran also said Sonta getting major deals is part of the CM and other ministers' occasional visit to foreign lands, where the deals are inked.
