NEW DELHI: Former Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant reached the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi to watch his team's game. Delhi Capitals were playing against defending champions Gujarat Titans in the seventh match of the IPL 2023 season. The videos of the cricketer at the Feroz Shah Kotla stand, was welcomed by the fans with huge cheer.

Pant was seriously injured in an accident that happened in Uttarakhand in December last year. The car in which Pant was traveling caught fire and was damaged completely. After the treatment, the cricketer shared the progress of his recovery through social media. Earlier, when the pictures of Pant walking by himself in the swimming pool with the help of a walking stick came out, the fans wished him a speedy recovery.

Due to the accident, the player has missed the ODI, T20, Test series and the IPL season this year. He also missed the ODI World Test Championship final. This is Rishabh Pant’s first public appearance after the accident.
