WASHINGTON: Days after surprising the Twitteratis by replacing the blue bird icon with the Dogecoin logo, Twitter CEO Elon Musk has reinstated the old logo. Recently, Twitter's instead of the famous blue bird logo, Twitter greeted its users with the logo of Shiba Inu, the symbol of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin.
Musk, who backs the DogeCoin cryptocurrency, is facing a $25.8 billion lawsuit against him for allegedly inflating its value. He reportedly the bird logo to the DogeCoin logo to mock it. Dodge Coin is used for transactions at Musk's company, Tesla.
After becoming Twitter's logo, Dogecoin's market cap increased by $400 million. Through this, Musk managed to show that he knows how to increase the value of Dogecoin. Yesterday, Bloomberg reported that Dogecoin's value dropped by nine percent after it was removed as Twitter's logo.
Elon Musk was previously suggested by a customer to buy Twitter and replace the bird with the Dodge logo. After changing the logo, Musk shared a screenshot of it with the caption 'as promised'.
