KOCHI: A complaint has been lodged to the chief minister against the SHO of Ernakulam North Station for threatening to trap in a sexual abuse case if the money borrowed from a woman is not returned. Sebin Stephen of Kadavanthra, Ambala Bhavan Road filed the complaint to the chief minister against four cops including the SHO.
Sebin said that he reached the station on the complaint of the woman from Ernakulam for not returning the Rs 8.42 lakh borrowed. Although he informed that he had not borrowed so much money and that would provide evidence, the civil police officer, sub inspector and sub-inspector in charge threatened him. They also tried to attack him. In the complaint, it is stated that had sex with the consent of the complainant and the SHO threatened to file a sexual abuse case if the money is not returned. The complaint said that he was made to sign seven cheques when said that he don’t have money.
