THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: R S Sasikumar expressed dismay over the riposte made by Lokayukata judges against him. Sasikumar was the petitioner who put into question the embezzlement made by the chief minister's distress relief fund. The Lokayukta was considering the review petition of the case when a strong reprimand was directed at the petitioner.

“ The case has been extended to more than one year and the lawmakers are still widening the scope of the case. I just questioned it as a law-abiding citizen,” said R S Sasikumar. He later said being dismayed by the below-the-belt comments raised by Lokayukta judges at him. Sasikumar said he was considerate and nobler, unlike Minister K T Jaleel who made strong opprobrium against Lokayukta during earlier times.

Sasikumar asserted having confidence in Lokayukta's decisions but said he will question the moves made inside to stall the work. Earlier today, the Lokayukta asked Sasikumar about his comments on the chief minister influencing the decisions of the Lokayukta.
