THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Lokayukta full bench has adjourned the hearing of the Chief Minister's relief fund misuse case to June 5. The court adjourned the hearing considering the demand of the petitioner.

Meanwhile, the Lokayukta once again mocked the petitioner. The Lokayukta, which questioned the absence of senior lawyer George Poonthottam, said that if the lawyer doesn't want to argue, he can just say it.

Mocking the petitioner, the Lokayukta said, "If you are not in hurry, we too are not in a hurry."

The Upa Lokayukta said that the petitioner should not have questioned the action referring the CM relief fund misuse case to the full bench. Lokayukta Justice Cyriac Joseph said that the case was referred to the full bench as per law.

"Petitioner RS Sasikumar did not oppose the split verdict issued in 2018. He should answer why he is now taking a different stand," Lokayukta said.
