Salman Khan's latest film 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' directed by Farhad Sanji will hit the theatres on April 21. The film also stars actress Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak Tiwari. A recent interview of Palak Tiwari with Siddharth Kannan has grabbed the attention of netizens.
Palak has revealed that women are not allowed to wear dresses with low necklines on Salman's sets. The actor added that Salman insisted that everyone should wear proper clothes covering their bodies.
"You know, there’s a very funny story. My mother has been very happy with Salman sir, because, like every desi mother ever, she has always been very critical of what I wear. When I was AD-ing with Salman sir on Antim, Salman sir had a rule: ‘every girl on my set, the neckline should be here, all the girls should be covered, like good proper girls’.”, she said.
When asked why such rules existed for the women, Palak said about Salman, “He’s a traditionalist... Of course, he’s like ‘Jo pehenna hai pehno (wear what you like)', but he’s always like ‘My girls should always be protected’. If there are men around, whom she doesn’t personally know, it’s not his personal space where he doesn’t trust everyone, he’s like, ‘the girl should be safe, always’.", Palak added.
