ALAPPUZHA: The police have taken one person into custody in the incident of a youth found murdered in Aroor. The dead is Felix, a native of Chandiroor. There were marks on his face and head from being hit by stone.

Felix reached Chandiroor from Munnar the other day. His friends who arrived in two bikes took him to a nearby field. The locals said all were found consuming liquor there. Felix was later seen with injuries on his face and head. Though he was rushed to Ernakulam General Hospital, his life could not be saved. The initial report is that Felix was killed by hitting on his head with a stone. The police are conducting a detailed investigation into the incident.
