KOLLAM: Police arrested three Tamil sisters who stole gold necklaces from women who came to pray at the Koonambaikulam temple. Thoothukudi Annanagar '84' native Anthonyamma's children Papapathy (28), Meena (29) and Miniamma (40) were arrested. On the 11th afternoon, the gang of three robbed two women of a total of four-and-a-half sovereign necklaces when they were busy buying 'theertham' from the temple. They were arrested from Chavara Thekkumbhagom during the investigation conducted by the police following the complaint of the women.
