KOCHI: Gudalur native Naseema and her friend Muhammed Ameen has been arrested for honey trapping a doctor and for extorting Rs 5 lakh from him. The incident happened on April 5.

The woman met the doctor for the first time for treatment. After that, she called the doctor to her house in Panampilly Nagar saying she was ill and blackmailed him by showing the private pictures taken on her mobile phone. They took Rs 4000 from the doctor and his car.

The car was returned the next day and they extorted Rs 5 lakh from him. The doctor filed a complaint at the Ernakulam South Police Station when they demanded Rs 5 lakh again.
