SRINAGAR: The Indian Army has confirmed that the incident in which an army vehicle caught fire in Jammu and Kashmir was a terrorist attack. Army truck caught fire in Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir. Five jawans were martyred in the incident. One person was seriously injured. The truck was travelling from Bhimber Gali to Sangiot in Poonch (J&K) when the terrorists attacked it.

The army said that there was a grenade attack against the truck. The attack took place against the soldiers of the Anti-Terrorist Operations Wing. Senior military and police officials have reached the spot. The search for terrorists is going on in the area.
