THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 12 office bearers will resign from KSU State Committee. Resignation is done by those who have crossed the age limit and are married. NSU leadership will demand resignation based on KPCC report. Meanwhile, two state vice presidents have tendered their resignations.
KPCC president K Sudhakaran had approached the central leadership with a complaint that KSU office bearers were announced without following the norms. The KPCC political affairs committee also suggested that the list should be frozen, following which the central leadership intervened. It has been decided that seven bearers who are married and five who have passed the age limit should leave. State vice-presidents Visakh Pathiyoor and Ananthanarayan have submitted their resignations today. State President Aloysius Xavier has been exempted from those who have crossed the age limit of 27 years.
