THRISSUR: The private bus which was going from Shornur to Thrissur went out of control and fell into the stream. Three women were injured. The incident happened around 5:30 pm. The private bus named Ishan Krishna overturned into a stream near the Akamala Sree Dharma Shastra temple. Three women who were injured in the accident were admitted to Thrissur District Hospital.
Meanwhile, two tapping workers were injured the other day when their scooter was hit by wild boars. Mavukkadan Sadiq (26) and his father Hamza (59), natives of Thrissur Velupadam Madam, were injured. The accident took place near Mysore Gate around 6 am on Monday. Both the injured sought treatment at Puthukkad Taluk Hospital. The accident took place when they were going to Palappilly on a two-wheeler for tapping. A herd of wild boars crossed the road and hit the scooter and both of them were injured from falling on the road. The injured were taken to the hospital by passengers who came this way.
