NEW DELHI: A youngster was caught publicly masturbating inside Delhi metro. The man had the rare audacity to do the unthinkable in front of a packed metro. Someone inside surreptitiously shot the scene while the people are seen clearing away from seats near the man.

Delhi Women’s Commission Swati Maliwal has asked for action against the man who uncouthly stroked his privates watching his mobile phone. Swati also asked Delhi police and mailed Delhi metro to track down the man and place him under arrest.

After the video hit viral, the Delhi metro ran an alarming voice note through the metro asking passengers to follow norms of proper conduct inside the vehicle. The DMRC is looking to publicize the helpline numbers to immediately sprung to action on such occurrences.
