THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Controversial firm Presadio gifted Rs 20 lakhs to CPM during the last assembly elections, details emerged. In the documents submitted to the election commission, CPM admitted receiving Rs 20 lakhs from Surendra Kumar, the current CEO of Presadio Technology. In the donation list to CPM, Surendra Kumar is placed at the 149th position. Almost 99.5% of the shares of Presadio are with Surendra Kumar. Meanwhile, 0.5% share is in Ramjith's name. Ramjith's journey from being an employee in a car showroom to the director of Presadio in no time calls for concern. Presadio has bought most of its appliances from one firm in the middle east named Primera.
Meanwhile, the name Prakash Babu has created a political upheaval in the state. Mr. Babu was accused by the opposition of having serious links with the AI camera deal. Babu is also a close relative of CM Pinarayi Vijayan. Meanwhile, CEO Surendra Babu dismissed the allegations of Prakash Babu involving in business deals. He said Prakash Babu was just his neighbor and close friend in Oman since 2000.
on another note, Ramjith and Prakash Babu are close friends. So it is not yet clear about Prakash Babu participating in the AI camera meeting. Even Surendra Babu is not sure about the same.
