TANUR: At least 15 people died after a boat capsized in Ottupuram Thoovaltheeram in Malappuram's Parappanangadi. The dead included women and children. As per reports, about 40 people were in the boat. Eight people have been rescued and many others are missing. Rescue operation is going on. Many of those rescued are in critical condition.
