Main things to keep in mind while using phone
Do not use while charging
Talking or otherwise using the phone while charging will increase the stress on the motherboard. This will heat up the phone's circuitry. This is why a charging phone heats up when in use. If there is a fault in the circuit, this heat can cause a short circuit and lead to the explosion of the lithium-ion battery in the phone. So, the phone should not be used while charging.
Do not go to sleep after charging it at night
After 100 percent charge, the battery will heat up when the current flowing into the battery cannot be handled. This can lead to short circuit. Doing this continuously will cause the battery to fail and swell. Such batteries are more prone to fire and explosion. If you notice such batteries, replace them with new ones as soon as possible.
Do not buy fake ones
When buying a new battery, make sure you buy the original one. Be careful not to buy a fake that costs a third of the price of the original. As fake accessories do not match the quality of the phone, there is a high chance of malfunctions and accidents.
Don’t put it in pocket
Never put your phone in the pocket of tight jeans. This causes the phone to heat up and stress the battery. Sometimes it can lead to breakouts.
If it gets hot
If you notice the phone overheating while charging, stop charging immediately. Charge again only after cooling it for some time.
Fast charging
Avoid using these types of chargers if your phone does not have a fast-charging system. This can affect the phone as a whole when the voltage suddenly rises beyond what the battery can handle. The battery may also lose its charging capacity.
Phone case
Cases bought to protect an expensive phone from scratches can turn a villain. The battery will heat up slightly during charging. This is normal. Phones have holes to vent this heat. Many case manufacturers do not notice this. So, if you charge the phone along with the case, then stop it.
